We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive professional to take a lead on all administrative responsibility for our Arboricultural Contracting & Consultancy teams.

The role is the central point of department coordination, quality, and project excellence, supporting both contracting and consultancy functions, as well as contributing to multi‑disciplinary projects across our wider professional services division.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Arboriculture Department.
  • Maintain all Arboriculture financial reporting systems.
  • Prepare documents to company quality standards and carry out quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee all new Arboriculture leads, ensuring a warm and efficient client experience as well as identifying opportunities for upselling Nicholsons' wider services.
  • Support project management through effective use of project support systems.
  • Assist consultants with duties relating to their Professional Industry Bodies.
  • Provide administrative support across professional services, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service during periods of colleague leave or increased workload.
