Arboricultural Team Leader in Bicester

We are looking for a full-time Arboricultural Team Leader to join our dedicated team of arborists in North Aston. The position would suit a highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual looking to further develop a career in Arboriculture. Applicants need to have the ability to organise a team of up to five members of staff at any one time and would need to be comfortable communicating with clients, ensuring a high standard of professionalism is always maintained.
Key responsibilities:

• To oversee and undertake arboricultural operations for the company in a safe and efficient manner
• To ensure all health and safety regulations are implemented on site, with particular focus on PUWER and LOLER
• To oversee the teams\' equipment regular inspections
• Ensure good communication with your line manager, regularly feeding back from site

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 5 years in the industry
• Have relevant NPTC qualifications (i.e: CS: 30, 31,32, 38, 39 and 41)
• Have a MEWP ticket and a Traffic Management NWRSA
• Be able to demonstrate safe and competent climbing and working practices
• Have a certificate of competence in Brushwood Chipper Operations
• Have a full UK driving licence and the ability to tow

Desirable:

• LGV/HGV - C1 or C1 + E on a licence
• An academic tree qualification
• An NPTC aerial tree pruning CS40 ticket
