An opportunity exists for an accomplished Manufacturing Engineering Manager, to lead a team of four, looking at all elements of production support through problem solving and troubleshooting, as well as supporting on proactive continuous improvements to increase capacity and reduce downtime, with a consistent eye on Safety and Quality.
Sitting on the site leadership team, the manager will play a key role in developing and supporting their team to meet their potential, establishing rigorous and consistent performance and coaching reviews, ensuring the team are mentored and further trained as required.
