My client, a well established forward-thinking Solicitor's firm who are easily commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, South Cheshire & North Wales are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding team. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Salary range is £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience. A bonus scheme is also on offer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling a quality caseload of work allocated by the Conveyancing Manager, conducting Property Law matters on behalf of clients.
  • Ensuring all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly updated on progress and costs.
  • Undertaking to high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all the firm's and clients' documentation and information.
  • Achieving agreed individual or department billing and time recording targets in line with the firm's business plan.
  • Participating in marketing on a firm-wide or departmental basis if asked to do so and being active in promoting the services of the firm and its image/ethos.

Required qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Exec, Licensed Conveyancer or have the acquired appropriate experience required to perform the role.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Law.
  • Desirable to have experienced a varied caseload of residential property matters to include complex leasehold and shared ownership matters.

Salary and Benefits package:

  • £35,000 - £50,000 base salary dependent on experience.
  • Quarterly bonus scheme.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 5 extra days holidays.
