My client, a well established forward- thinking Solicitor’s firm who are easily commutable from Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, South Cheshire & North Wales are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their expanding team. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Salary range is £40,000 -£50,000 dependent on experience. A bonus scheme is also on offer. Main responsibilities -Handling a quality caseload of work allocated by the Head of Department, main responsibilities for the role would be to conduct Property Law matters on behalf of clients. You will need to ensure all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly updated on progress and costs. -Undertaking to a high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner. Also ensuring confidentiality and security of all the firms and clients documentation and information. -Achieve agreed individual or department billing and time recording targets in line with the firms business plan. -Participate in marketing on a firm wide or departmental basis if asked to do so and be active in promoting the services of the firm and its image/ethos. Required qualifications, skills and experience -Admitted to the Solicitors Roll. -A minimum of 2 years experience in Property Law. It would be desirable to have had experienced a varied caseload of Commercial property matters previously. A following of work would also be welcomed. Salary and Benefits package -£40,000 – £50,000 base salary dependent on experience. -Performance related bonus scheme. -25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Also option to by up to 5 extra day holiday. – Hybrid home/office working available. -Death in service benefit 4 x salary. -Contributory pension. -Health & wellbeing policy offering various perks and services
