My client, a well established forward-thinking Solicitors firm who are easily commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, South Cheshire & North Wales are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Salary range is £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience. A bonus scheme is also on offer.
Main responsibilities
- Handling a mixed caseload of Private Client work. You will need to ensure all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly updated on progress and costs.
- Undertaking to a high standard of client care in a professional and pleasant manner. Also ensuring confidentiality and security of all the firms and clients documentation and information.
- Achieve agreed individual or department billing and time recording targets in line with the firms business plan.
- Participate in marketing on a firm wide or departmental basis if asked to do so and be active in promoting the services of the firm and its image/ethos.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Private Client law. It would be desirable to have had experience of a varied caseload in a similar environment.
Salary and Benefits package
- £40,000 - £50,000 base salary dependent on experience.
- Quarterly bonus scheme.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Also option to buy up to 5 extra days holidays.
