We are working on a great opportunity with a leading media and entertainment brand. They are hiring a Media Measurement Lead to join their team.

The Role

You will be the senior technical owner for media measurement standards, building and embedding a unified framework across ATL, digital, testing, econometrics and campaign reporting - defining the KPIs and evidential standards used to assess media performance, and leading the end-to-end design of strategic geo-tests and incrementality experiments in partnership with Econometrics, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, Media Strategy and Test & Learn. Line managing a team of 3 Marketing Analysts, you'll also coach and develop their capability in measurement, statistical thinking and evidence-based decision-making, while they carry out much of the hands-on technical delivery.

The Candidate

Key attributes of the suitable Media Measurement Lead include:

  • Testing & Experimental Design: Deep expertise in experimental design, causal measurement and statistical analysis, with a strong track record designing and evaluating large-scale media tests.
  • Technical Capability: Strong technical capability across SQL and Python, with proven ability to manage complex queries across multiple data sources and translate measurement, testing and modelling outputs into clear, commercially actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Framework & Leadership: Proven experience developing measurement frameworks or methodologies across channels and evidence sources, along with experience leading and developing analysts or technical specialists.
