What you’ll do:
- Lead multiple client projects that use behavioural frameworks to solve real-world challenges

- Build Behavioural Centres of Excellence within client organisations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients – helping them embed behavioural thinking at scale
- Coach and mentor behavioural consultants, shaping the next generation of practitioners
- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of experience applying behavioural science in a consultancy or in-house team
- Deep understanding of behavioural frameworks, biases, heuristics, and behavioural strategy
