You’ll be working with high-growth, PE-backed businesses solving real problems around marketing performance, commercial effectiveness, and product strategy. You’ll also gain early exposure to equity through an EMI scheme; because they want builders, not just joiners.

The Company

Our client is a boutique growth consultancy using a proprietary tech stack to decode what’s really happening “under the bonnet” of portfolio company performance. Their clients include leading mid-market PE funds and their portfolio businesses across B2B and B2C sectors. With a team of 10+ and serious momentum, they’re growing fast; and they’re hiring people who can grow with them.

The Day-to-Day

  • Own strategic workstreams across GTM, channel, product and customer strategy
  • Analyse data from CRMs, web analytics and sales platforms (SQL, Python, Tableau)
  • Collaborate with clients and project leads to develop actionable insights
  • Present findings and recommendations, not just reports
  • Contribute to the firm’s proprietary tech tools and long-term business building

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years in strategy consulting, commercial analytics or PE-related roles
  • Fluent in SQL and/or Python, and visualisation tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Experience in segmentation, marketing analytics, or GTM planning
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and can spot the ‘so what’
  • Ambitious, team-oriented and excited by the idea of helping build something new
