Our client is a boutique growth consultancy using a proprietary tech stack to decode what’s really happening “under the bonnet” of portfolio company performance.
Their clients include leading mid-market PE funds and their portfolio businesses across B2B and B2C sectors.
With a team of 10+ and serious momentum, they’re growing fast; and they’re hiring people who can grow with them.
📆 The Day-to-Day
- Own strategic workstreams across GTM, channel, product and customer strategy
- Analyse data from CRMs, web analytics and sales platforms (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Collaborate with clients and project leads to develop actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations, not just reports
- Contribute to the firm’s proprietary tech tools and long-term business building
🧠 The Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years in strategy consulting, commercial analytics or PE-related roles
- Fluent in SQL and/or Python, and visualisation tools (Tableau preferred)
- Experience in segmentation, marketing analytics, or GTM planning
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and can spot the ‘so what’
- Ambitious, team-oriented and excited by the idea of helping build something new
