Our client is a global healthcare insights and strategy consultancy with teams in the UK and US. They specialise in tech-led innovation – blending robust research with digital-forward thinking and AI-powered methodologies. Their work spans the full brand lifecycle across therapy areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Respiratory, Cardiovascular and Neuroscience.

They’re also:

  • 100% women-owned
  • Certified as a Great Place to Work
  • Known for culture, energy, and genuine collaboration

A team of around 25 in the UK means you’re never a cog in a machine – your work is visible, valued, and genuinely shapes client strategy. Our client is on a hiring drive, looking for a quantitative SRE, and two mixed-methods RE-RMs. You’ll be central to project delivery – supporting and sometimes leading work across both qual and quant studies.

Expect to:

  • Run the day-to-day of multiple projects
  • Draft screeners, guides and briefings
  • Moderate unviewed interviews
  • Shape analysis and insight stories
  • Become a trusted client contact
  • Take ownership of smaller projects and workstreams
  • Help deliver impactful work across value propositions, brand positioning, concept testing, message effectiveness, landscape assessments and more

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, loves being proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll thrive here if you are:

  • 1–5 years into your healthcare research career
  • Comfortable with both qual and quant (or eager to develop in the other)
  • Intelligent, articulate and commercially minded
  • Naturally proactive and confident managing projects
