Our client is an independent organisation set up by the government to implement one of the largest behavioural changes in a generation. You will support this national public engagement campaign, raising awareness of new green technologies and driving sustainable behaviour.
As a Senior Insight Manager, you’ll be a leader within the insight team, ensuring that all company strategies are built on a deep understanding of audience behaviour and market science.
Each day, you’ll:
👉 Lead on designing and commissioning impactful research that reaches diverse groups, from general consumers to harder-to-reach audiences.
👉 Guide internal teams in translating insights into actionable strategies, setting measurable targets, and shaping campaign activities.
👉 Oversee research and analytics projects, liaising with agencies and stakeholders to ensure optimal delivery.
👉 Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
