What you’ll do:
  • Lead multiple client projects that use behavioural frameworks to solve real-world challenges

  • Build Behavioural Centres of Excellence within client organisations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients – helping them embed behavioural thinking at scale
  • Coach and mentor behavioural consultants, shaping the next generation of practitioners
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth
What you bring:
  • 4–5 years of experience applying behavioural science in a consultancy or in-house team
  • Deep understanding of behavioural frameworks, biases, heuristics, and behavioural strategy
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and guiding them through complex interventions
  • Experience leading client-facing projects end-to-end
