What you’ll do:- Lead multiple client projects that use behavioural frameworks to solve real-world challenges
- Develop strategic behavioural models that influence decisions, communications, and services
- Build Behavioural Centres of Excellence within client organisations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients – helping them embed behavioural thinking at scale
- Coach and mentor behavioural consultants, shaping the next generation of practitioners
- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth
- 4–5 years of experience applying behavioural science in a consultancy or in-house team
- Deep understanding of behavioural frameworks, biases, heuristics, and behavioural strategy
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and guiding them through complex interventions
- Experience leading client-facing projects end-to-end
- A collaborative, curious mindset – and a love for turning insight into action
