We’re currently working with one of the UK’s most recognised names in the Health & Fitness industry. They’re looking to hire a Lead Analyst to join their growing Analytics team.

The Company

This brand has grown to more than 200 locations across the UK and supports a community of over one million members, with ambitious plans to keep expanding. They’ve built a reputation not just for their size and scale, but for a people-first culture and strong core values that are truly embedded across the business.

The Role

This is a senior analytics role with real influence. You’ll partner directly with the Product and Retention teams to shape strategic decisions, identify the commercial opportunities that keep members engaged, and lead payment performance analysis to improve payment success and reduce churn. The emphasis is on driving outcomes rather than reporting. You’ll size and evaluate strategic initiatives, design how success is measured before launch and assess results after, and own complex projects from problem definition through to recommendation. You’ll also mentor analysts across the team and look for ways to improve how analytics is done through automation, new tools and AI.

The Candidate

  • Commercial & Customer Analysis: Proven experience leading analytical projects end-to-end in a consumer-facing environment, including designing how success is measured and evaluating performance.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced, independent SQL skills, with the ability to extract and analyse complex datasets.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong data storytelling and a track record of influencing senior, non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentoring: Experience supporting and developing other analysts, helping raise standards and ways of working across a team.
