The Role
This will be a hands-on position where you will be responsible for building, validating, optimising, and managing models and data pipelines, working within a Data Science function alongside Data Analysts and Data Engineers. You will work on a vast array of projects, including personalised communications for customers, improving stock and demand forecasting, marketing effectiveness, maximising customer lifetime value, and reducing customer churn.

- Problem-solving: Proven ability to reframe ambiguous business questions into a clear analytical approach and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Technical modelling: Experience building models on both static and time series data, including propensity and forecasting models.
