Our client is an independent utilities advocacy body in England and Wales. Every year, they help thousands of people resolve their water complaints with empathy and expertise. Their research and advocacy don’t just influence policy – they change it, making sure companies and regulators listen to the people they serve. They are now looking for a Consumer Panels Lead to join the team in either Birmingham or Cardiff.

You’ll report to the Head of Department and lead a brand-new team focused on delivering and managing Consumer Panels – one for each water company. In this high-impact role, you will:

  • Design and oversee the processes that make each panel effective and consistent
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, from regulators to industry leaders
  • Translate consumer input into actionable outcomes that change policy and practice
