We are working with a boutique growth consultancy that is hiring a Consultant to join their rapidly growing team.
The Company
Our client is a fast-growing boutique growth consultancy with a proprietary tech stack that uncovers the real drivers of portfolio company performance. They partner with leading mid-market PE funds and their portfolio businesses across B2B and B2C, with ambitious growth plans and a high-calibre team being built to match their momentum.
The Role
Working alongside an Engagement Manager, you’ll own key workstreams end to end and lead smaller projects yourself. As a day-to-day contact for client management teams, you’ll run analysis in SQL and Tableau, quality-check the work of junior team members, and turn findings into clear commercial recommendations.
You’ll support and mentor analysts, help clients put your recommendations into practice, and contribute to the firm’s proprietary tools.
The Candidate
Key attributes of the suitable Consultant include:
- Consulting experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience, including time in strategy, commercial or analytics consulting, ideally with exposure to PE or PE-backed businesses
- Workstream ownership: A track record of owning significant workstreams with little supervision, and keen to step up to leading projects
- Analytical depth: Hands-on with SQL, Tableau and Excel (Python a plus), combined with strong commercial judgement
- Client presence: Confident managing day-to-day client relationships and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
