Brands don’t hire people. People do. I make sure they hire the right ones | Recruiter for Data, Insight & Strategy
CMI Lead | Global Fashion Brand | ÂŁ75,000-90,000
We\’re working with a global fashion brand that is building out a world-class team — and their next hire will lead insight for two of their fastest-growing, most high-profile categories.
This is one of the most exciting insight roles on the market. You’ll be the strategic lead behind two of the fastest-growing categories at one of the world’s most iconic fashion brands.
With board visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape global strategy — this is a dream job for someone who thrives on impact.
About the Company
Our client is a global lifestyle brand at the intersection of culture, creativity, and consumer obsession. In recent years, they’ve doubled down on becoming a truly insight-led organisation. This role sits at the heart of that transformation — where business meets style, and data drives direction.
The Day-to-Day
- Lead all insight projects for two fast-growing fashion categories globally.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to guide strategy and campaign development.
- Manage research end-to-end—from briefing agencies to building analysis from raw data tables.
- Deliver 360 consumer views: brand health, usage & attitudes, social listening, trends and more.
- Present findings directly to senior stakeholders and support long-range planning efforts.
- Shape a more consumer-centric culture across teams and regions.
The Ideal Candidate
This isn’t a role for someone waiting for a brief to land. You need to be a proactive thinker — someone who sees where the business should go and uses insights to make it happen.
You’ll enjoy building stories from complex data sets, have a commercial instinct, and a flair for luxury fashion. You won’t be managing a team (yet), so confidence running your own work and influencing upwards is key.
If you’re a proven insights leader from retail, luxury, or FMCG — and want a seat at the table — this is your moment.
