Central London Hybrid £100k Base Salary
How much of the strategy work you deliver actually gets used? Be honest. Most of your work probably sat in a folder after the final debrief. That’s not a knock on the work, it’s just how consulting usually goes: you deliver, you leave, and the client’s left to figure out the “now what.” This role exists to fix that gap.
The Client
Our client is a fast-growing strategy and insight consultancy, working with some of the world’s biggest brands. They’re deliberately building something rare in this industry: a function whose whole job is making sure the strategic thinking actually lands, not just gets delivered.
The Day-to-Day
- Diagnosing where a client’s organisation is stuck, and deciding what to embed first
- Turning strategy and frameworks into tools, dashboards, workshops and coaching people genuinely use
- Building content (films, training, workshops) that makes the work stick, not just documents it
- Working the whole client org, from the leadership team down to the people using the tools daily
- Shaping what “capability” even means for a consultancy in an AI-driven world
The Ideal Candidate
You’ve probably worked both sides of this: consultancy or innovation agency, and client-side too. You’ve felt the frustration of handing over great strategic work and watching it stall. You’ve got real opinions on why that happens, and what actually gets people to change how they work.
You might come from a client-side capability or insight team, or from an innovation consultancy. What matters more than the CV line is this: have you actually driven transformation, or just delivered training? If it’s the latter, this probably isn’t your role.
