Are you a senior behavioural science practitioner ready to shape high-impact behaviour change programmes for major organisations? A leading UK behavioural science consultancy is looking for a Lead Behavioural Architect — a role that blends behavioural strategy, team leadership and consulting excellence. You’ll help solve complex customer and employee challenges using behavioural insights, experimentation and behavioural design.

You’ll lead a team of behavioural scientists, guide the behavioural strategy for major client programmes, and contribute to capability building and proposition development as the consultancy scales into its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the behavioural strategy for large, complex client programmes
  • Translate business challenges into robust behavioural problem definitions
  • Oversee behavioural design, architecture and experimental work
  • Manage, mentor and develop a team of behavioural scientists
  • Support senior client stakeholders and help build internal behavioural capability
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable impact across customer and employee journeys
  • Contribute to thought leadership and the development of new behavioural propositions
