A global and independent agency is looking to hire an Associate Director or Director to join its London-based qualitative team. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact strategic research for some of the world’s best-known consumer brands. The team is known for delivering thoughtful, bespoke insight that shapes brand, product and customer strategy.
You will lead projects end-to-end, work closely with senior clients and help manage and mentor junior researchers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading bespoke qualitative research projects from design through to debrief
- Managing relationships with major consumer brands
- Applying a mix of digital and face-to-face qualitative methodologies
- Delivering high-quality analysis and compelling strategic debriefs
- Running multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring smooth delivery
- Supporting and line managing junior team members
