The Day-to-Day

As an Associate Director, you’ll lead research projects from start to finish, ensuring clients receive insightful, actionable recommendations that drive results. You’ll:

• Write compelling proposals and design custom research studies
• Manage fieldwork and analyse data with the support of our DP team
• Deliver insightful reports and consultative debriefs to clients
• Build and nurture client relationships , becoming their trusted adviser
• Train and support junior team members , fostering a culture of growth

Is This You?

They\’re looking for a quantitative research pro (8+ years of agency experience) with a knack for storytelling and an eye for actionable insight. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple workloads
