Following a recent account extension, our client is growing their team and looking for someone who wants depth as well as variety. You’ll spend most of your time embedded in one flagship account, building expertise and confidence, while still getting exposure to other projects to keep things interesting.
Our client is a specialist market research consultancy focused on digital, community-based insight. They work with leading global brands across sectors and are known for their thoughtful, human-centred approach to qualitative research. They’re fully remote, genuinely flexible, and independent – meaning decisions are made with people (not investors) in mind. Despite being remote-first, they invest heavily in team connection with regular check-ins and quarterly in-person meetups.
The Day-to-Day
- Moderating qualitative discussions within established online communities
- Setting up and managing online research platforms for a flagship tech account
- Working with senior team members on analysis and reporting
- Supporting ad-hoc qualitative projects across other clients (around 40% of your time)
- Collaborating closely with a friendly, highly engaged research team
The Ideal Candidate
- Around 1-2 years’ experience in qualitative research (agency or consultancy)
- Confident moderating and conducting basic qualitative analysis
- Happy working remotely, with good self-discipline
