We are working on an exciting opportunity with a boutique growth consultancy who are hiring for an Analytics Consultant to join their rapidly growing team.
The Company
Our client is a fast-growing boutique growth consultancy with a proprietary tech stack that uncovers the real drivers of portfolio company performance. They partner with leading mid-market PE funds and their portfolio businesses across B2B and B2C, and are building a high-calibre team to match their momentum.
The Role
You’ll lead strategic workstreams across go-to-market, channel, product, and customer strategy. Using SQL, Python, and Tableau, you’ll turn CRM, web, and sales data into actionable insights - then present recommendations that drive results. Working with clients and project leads, you’ll shape strategy, enhance proprietary tools, and help build lasting business growth.
The Candidate
- 2–4 years’ experience in strategy consulting, commercial analytics, or PE-related roles
- Proficient in SQL and/or Python, with strong skills in data visualisation (Tableau ideal)
- Background in segmentation, marketing analytics, or go-to-market planning
- Thrive in ambiguity and complexity, with a knack for finding the “so what”
