ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a great time to join our international marketing team as we look to continue our significant growth through increased share in current markets and expansion into new geographies.

Reporting to the International Marketing Manager for Africa and supporting the wider team, this exciting role will be in the thick of the action, planning and implementing a huge variety of marketing campaigns, in conjunction with our customers, around the world.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

  • The creation and delivery of the brand and innovation plans.
  • Managing the marketing budget in line with agreed spend.
  • The management and development of New Product Introductions.
  • Delivering the brand activation plans to meet the needs of the individual markets and customers.
  • To deliver consistent, relevant and timely communications to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Support on the budget management, raising purchase orders, accurate reporting and providing period updates.
  • Manage the POS offer – including briefing the creative team on the creation, and co-ordinating implementation.
  • Keep aberes to the changing marketplace through consumer research and market visits where appropriate.
  • Track competitor activity in the marketplace to ensure our plans are competitive and fit for purpose.
  • Respond to ad hoc project requests with written reports and recommendations e. g. gathering market information and performing data searches
  • Lead the artwork approval process on all international packaging projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support with brand performance monitoring and tracking.
  • Support with market research and analysis.
  • Review and maintain all relevant Websites.

ABOUT YOU

  • To make a splash in this role you will bring -
  • Ideally you’ll have experience of working in a consumer marketing role.
  • Project management, multitasking and strong organisational skills
  • Experience of managing agency relationships
  • Desk research of international markets, data analysis and presenting back to sales team
  • Foundation level understanding of the Marketing mix and marketing plan creation across multiple channels including digital, in-store, OOH, market activations
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Commercial management – understanding of managing a budget
  • French Language skills would be highly advantageous
