Our Out of Home business delivers a comprehensive soft drinks solution for customers operating within leisure, catering and hospitality. We offer the widest range of post‑mix brands, frozen drinks and coffee, giving customers the right product for their own customers. With our national distribution network and full service capability for supply, installation and equipment maintenance, we provide a complete and credible drinks offer.

The role of the Regional Service Technician is to install, maintain, and repair drink dispense equipment at customer sites, ensuring high-quality product delivery and excellent customer service. Key duties include reactive maintenance, planned servicing, asset management, and technical troubleshooting to minimise downtime, often working autonomously within your designated region.

The Role Will Include:

  • Installation & Service: Install new equipment and perform planned maintenance on drink dispense systems.
  • Reactive Maintenance: Perform 2nd‑line reactive maintenance to resolve breakdown issues.
  • Customer Support: Act as the face of Vimto Out of Home, building relationships with customers and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Asset Management: Manage equipment, including surveys, installation, maintenance, and the safe uplift of returned units.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to health & safety protocols, including COSHH, PPE, and working at height regulations.
  • Reporting: Log technical data, complete service documentation, and update CRM systems regarding equipment status.

About You

To succeed in this role you will bring:

  • Regional Technical Service experience, operating within a fast paced customer service environment ideally within leisure or hospitality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve agreed customer service levels or team objectives.
  • Understanding of the Out of Home market, products & equipment and used to working in accordance with safe systems of work and standard operating procedures.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly & effectively across all levels and influence key stakeholders internally & externally.
  • Proactive problem‑solving & root cause analysis skills.
  • Effective organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Computer literate and digitally savvy with IT & business systems.
