ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Customer Development Executive is a key member of UK Packaging commercial team supporting the Channel Controller and Customer Development Manager. The role is responsible for managing Wholesale and Food Service Buying Groups and their members volume/profit customer portfolios across the UK through developing & executing customer plans that maximise all branded sales and deliver top line sales & profit growth.
You will be concentrating on driving current core business as well as delivering new product listings & NPD in existing accounts on time and in line with Brand and channel plans and continuously focus on developing the UK Packaged portfolio and category share by increasing relative share of fixture space.
This role will secure fully integrated promotional plans to include both feature space, permanent secondary siting, online visibility and execute agreed customer initiatives including trade marketing plans, trade shows, and regional incentives.
