Product Owner, Software/ SaaS/ PaaS, Working with engineering teams (developers), Agile, Scrum Ceremonies, UX/UI,B2B, Jira/ Confluence. A software company (niche SaaS) are looking for a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to work alongside and ultimately lead 3 Agile teams. As a TPO you will be a key member of the scrum development teams, and liaise daily with developers, ops, customer success and our product manager, to manage product backlogs and run successful sprints. You will be responsible for scoping, prioritisation, sprint planning and delivery of all incoming requirements into clear user stories that can later be further refined, sized and implemented by their development teams Experience 5+ years as a TPO, in agile software scrum teams, having worked closely with developers, QA and other internal stakeholders. Jira/ Confluence expertise with these as your primary tools. Ability to effectively engage, listen, and negotiate with different stakeholder groups (technical, non-technical, juniors, seniors).
