IT Support Technician, Helpdesk, 1st & 2nd line, Microsoft/ Windows, Hardware & Software, AD, ITIL Foundation & CompTIA,Drive and own a vehicle, Onsite 5 days a week. A financial services firm are seeking a reliable and skilledIT Support Engineer to cover 1st & 2nd line support. This mid-level role ensuring smooth operation of their desktop environment and IT systems. You will be providing timely support and maintenance for desktop software and hardware within the organisation and involves troubleshooting hardware issues, installing and configuring software applications, and ensuring user workstations operate efficiently and securely. Key responsibilities include resolving user-reported issues, managing hardware inventories, assisting with software updates, and maintaining endpoint security compliance Key Responsibilities Provide 1st/2nd line support for hardware, software, and desktop issues (Windows environment) Administer and troubleshootActive Directory Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Install, configure, and support business applications Log and manage incidents, escalating when necessary Support users across on-site and remote environments Assist withIntunemanagement (desirable) Requirements 2+ years experience in an IT support/helpdesk role Solid desktop support knowledge (hardware/software) Experience withActive Directory ITIL Foundationand/orCompTIA A+/N+certifications Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Experience withMicrosoft Intunea plus IT Support Technician, Helpdesk, 1st & 2nd line, Microsoft/ Windows, Hardware & Software, AD, ITIL Foundation & CompTIA,Drive and own a vehicle, Onsite 5 days a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
