This role will be remote-heavy, requiring 6 trips to Norfolk a year (once every 2 months).

You will manage the business CRM to ensure proper usage, implement and maintain effective data management workflows to ensure supporter data quality and integrity are maintained in compliance.

You will act as the CRM product manager, ensuring the business can deliver on its fundraising, CRM, and digital strategies. As CRM Officer, you will manage the Change Request process, gather detailed requirements for user proposed changes, and triage all incoming CRM requests and tickets to ensure correct allocation, adherence to SLAs, and effective feedback to users and line management.

THE ROLE

  • 70% - CRM Management: Data, Financial & GDPR compliance, Dynamics365 configuration, industry knowledge maintenance, collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams.
  • 25% - CRM Collaboration & Change Management: Liaise with charity teams, collaborate with fundraising, communications, and finance teams, build key relationships, provide CRM inductions, guidance, and training as needed.
  • 5% - Other: Adhere to policies and procedures, undertake additional duties as required.
