The predicted salary is between 30000 - 52500 £ per year.
This role will be remote heavy, requiring 6 trips to Norfolk a year (once every 2 months). Must have current/recent commercial experience with Dynamics365 (D365).
You will manage the business CRM to ensure it is properly used; effective data management process workflows are implemented and maintained; data quality and integrity are compliantly maintained. You will be the CRM product manager ensuring that the business can deliver on its fundraising, CRM and digital strategies.
As CRM Officer you will be responsible for the management of the Change Request process, including gathering detailed requirements for user proposed changes and appropriate triaging of all incoming CRM requests and tickets to ensure they are correctly allocated for follow up against clear SLAs, and that a feedback loop is in place to users and line management.
Key Responsibilities- 70% - CRM Management: Data, Financial & GDPR compliance. Dynamics365 Configuration. Maintain industry knowledge. Work with IT and cross functional teams.
- 25% - CRM Collaboration & Change Management: Liaise with charity teams. Collaborate with fundraising, communications and finance teams. Building key relationships. Provide CRM inductions and guidance/training when needed.
- 5% - Other: Adhere to policies and procedures. Undertake any other duties that may be required.
