Ames Therapy and Des Moines Therapy & Consulting provide Individual and Group Counseling, Psychiatric Consults & Evaluation, and Independent Mental Health and Psychiatric Evaluations for adults. In addition, we provide on site counseling for large corporations and crisis intervention. We have an innovative facility/practice since 2011 with four PhDs and two MDs and three masters level clinicians.
Ames & Des Moines Therapy & Consulting is seeking a TEMPORARY LICENSED or LICENSED Mental Health Counsel or for our West Des Moines practice. We offer remote and flexible jobs schedules. We have beautiful private offices with a supportive and dynamic clinical staff and administrative team.
Our practice supports your clinical autonomy while we assist with referrals and administrative services. Collegial relationships are encouraged and enhanced through regular staffing, peer consultation, and educational opportunities. All therapists are eligible for training & educational opportunities to expand and strengthen their knowledge by shadowing our psychiatrist, PhD’s, and Occupational physician. We support mentorship and continued advanced learning.
Supervisors: Bring over 25 years experience both clinically and academically. We provide individual and group supervision. In addition, our psychiatrist who has been with Ames & Des Moines Therapy over 15 years also provides training on monthly and quarterly basis to the clinical team.
