Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond
Bridge Investment Group is seeking highly motivated rising juniors to join ourNet Lease teamas Summer Analysts in Salt Lake City. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the acquisition and asset management of industrial net-leased real estate, including mission-critical facilities such as manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and cold storage properties.
What You’ll Experience
As a Summer Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team focused on identifying and managing high-quality industrial assets in prime U.S. growth markets. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the underwriting and evaluation of industrial net lease investment opportunities.
Supporting due diligence efforts and market research.
Helping build and maintain financial models for new acquisitions.
Participating in asset-level performance tracking and reporting.
Contributing to internal presentations and investment committee materials.
Learning how to assess tenant credit quality and industry trends.
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Ideal applicants will have:
A strong interest in real estate investment and industrial assets.
A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
A self-starter attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
The ability to work full-time in Salt Lake City for the duration of the program.
