Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP)

  • Perform functional behavior assessments and document in the Flatrock Information Network (FIN)
  • Submit all documentation for review and approval by supervising BCBA
  • Obtain necessary consents and documents in FIN
  • Design and write: BTPs, quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments
  • Inservice behavior treatment plans
  • Provide continual assessments as per the policy for new residents
  • Provide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills training and redirection strategies
  • Consult with treatment team to problem solve and make programmatic changes
  • Attend meetings as needed
  • Consult with provider and treatment team regarding policies and procedures in clinical care
  • Consult with psychiatrist and other medical professionals as needed to coordinate medication with treatment plans
  • Model and monitor program implementation
  • Provide progress reviews on a quarterly basis at minimum
  • Utilize all communication tools including FIN
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with all management and staff
  • Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock Manor residents’ rights
  • Complete any additional task assigned by the Clinical Director

Qualifications

  • Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required
  • Must be Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst or meet the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines for QBHP
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services required
