Applicants can be full-time or part-time.

1-F/T Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) (40 hrs/week M-F 226-day calendar year)

OR

1- P/T Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC-A) (Up to 32 hrs/week 226-day calendar)

The schedule is flexible, and the pay is negotiable.

Pay ranges from $50 to $65 an hour, based on qualifications and years of experience.

Duties

Services will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide counseling for students and families with a range of behavioral, emotional, and mental problems and disorders.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client and family, following the LPC & LPC-A and ethical standards and using applicable assessment tools.
  • Initiate a written client treatment plan with goals, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Pass background check
  • License or certification as a school counselor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess and diagnose various delays/ disorders
  • Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Knowledge of counseling techniques and interventions
  • Experience in providing individual and group therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
  • Salary between $50-$65 an hour
