Miracle-Ear, America’s #1 choice in hearing healthcare is hiring a Hearing Instrument Specialist for our Hearing Center.
The Hearing Instrument Specialist is responsible for performing hearing evaluations on new and existing patients and recommending the proper solution of technology to help the patients hearing loss and lifestyle. Other responsibilities included but are not limited to, hearing aid fitting using Live Speech Mapping, hearing aid maintenance and repairs, patient counseling, and making sure the patient receives a thorough and memorable experience with us.
State licensing is required, which we provide, to ensure your success with us. If you currently hold a license and are interested in speaking with us about the position we would like to hear from you as well. Core office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We offer a base training pay plus commission with the option of working towards full commission. There is outstanding income potential for the right individual, first year potential of $75K+. As you continue to grow your practice income potential can reach $100K+. We offer medical, dental, hearing, and vision benefits. Paid vacation, and holidays and incentive trips for our top Specialists.
The ideal candidate must be sales focused and driven to grow their in-office practice. At its core this is a sales-based position with a very strong emphasis on providing top-level customer service to our patients.
