Job Description – We are looking for a candidate who has a desire to pursue a career within the Sports & Entertainment Industry upon graduation. The candidate will work directly during game days with the senior sales staff to facilitate all aspects of group experiences, including youth hockey skates, season ticket holder service, and AHL Official Statistics and scoring. The candidate should also be sales-oriented and outgoing individuals who would be able to work additional hours in the office during the week.
The candidate will also have the possible opportunity for a full-time position after graduation, pending availability
Qualifications:
Work Ethic – Must have a strong work ethic with a long term goal of working full time within the sports and entertainment industry. Game days are busy, ever-changing, and will require hard work from each individual to achieve our team goals.
Passionate – Must have a passion for sports, sales, operations, and event management. This position will provide you with hands-on, real-world experience within the sports industry.
Punctual – Must be able to show up on time and be fully committed to scheduled work hours. Each individual will have specific roles so your attendance at your scheduled games is crucial.
Responsible – Will be working face to face with group clients, season ticket holders, and AHL Staff. Candidates must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all time. Candidate must also be able to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks at any given time.
Scheduling:
The ideal candidate should be able to commit to all Providence Bruins Home games, although there is some limited flexibility based upon schedules. Game dates typically fall on weekends with some exceptions.
