Elite Breakout Marketing is a leading face-to-face marketing firm specializing in in-store promotions and direct customer engagement. We partner with nationally recognized brands in industries like telecommunications, smart home technology, and consumer electronics, delivering customized campaigns and driving real customer results inside major retail locations.
We are currently hiring for our Entry-Level Sales Manager in Training position. This is a full-time employee role that offers hands-on leadership development through our Management Training Program, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package. No previous management experience is required—just ambition, communication skills, and a strong student mentality.
About the Role:
As a Sales Manager in Training, you’ll begin by mastering the fundamentals of face-to-face, in-store marketing and sales. Working inside high-traffic retail stores, you’ll represent premium client products directly to customers, building relationships and driving results.
As you progress through our structured training program, you’ll take on leadership responsibilities including team coaching, performance tracking, and helping lead campaign strategies. This is a long-term opportunity designed to develop future managers and leaders from within.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Representing client products and services inside major retail stores
Engaging directly with customers to explain features, answer questions, and close sales
Hitting daily and weekly personal sales goals while contributing to team performance
Learning Elite Breakout Marketing’s proven sales and training systems
Coaching new team members and assisting in onboarding
Participating in daily team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development workshops
Gaining experience in campaign planning, performance reporting, and retail strategy
Base Pay: $600–$1,200/week (based on experience and performance)
Performance bonuses paid weekly
Full-time W-2 employment (not an independent contractor)
Paid training and continuous mentorship

Who We’re Looking For:
