Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Listings Coordinator to help with creating new listings, updating images, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and prices. This position will work in our backend system (StoreAutomator) to sync those listings across platforms and coordinate with our ERP system (SKULabs). There will be some troubleshooting with broken or orphaned Amazon listings and occasional work with Amazon Seller Support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and update product listings across Amazon and Shopify, including writing or editing titles, bullet points, product descriptions, uploading images, and managing pricing.
  • Use keyword tools like Helium 10 or SEMrush to research and apply SEO keywords to improve search visibility and ranking for our products.
  • Manage bulk updates via flat file templates and .CSV spreadsheets for efficient listing uploads and edits.
  • Learn and work in StoreAutomator to sync listings across Amazon, Shopify, and SKULabs (our ERP system).
  • Troubleshoot listing issues, including broken, orphaned, or suppressed Amazon listings, and coordinate with Amazon Seller Support as needed to resolve them.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in product data across all platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and operations, to make sure product listings are aligned with brand standards and campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain product data, including SKUs, variations, and image or content assets.
  • Look for ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of how we manage and update listings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit approximately 50% of the time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, and bend. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly located in an office environment but will regularly be exposed to work near and on the production floor. The employee may occasionally be required to work in our manufacturing environment.

The noise level in the work environment may occasionally be loud.
