General Description: Program participants receive intensive training and career development from a structured, 18-month curriculum, supported and delivered by a dedicated team of insurance educators and subject matter experts. As a new USI associate, you will gain practical experience helping local employers with their insurance needs with mentorship support from regional and national industry experts. As you gain confidence and understanding of the industry and USI’s approach, you will receive new assignments with increasing levels of responsibility.

General Description of Commercial Lines Account Representative Responsibilities
Assist Sales Executive and Account Manager in service and retention of Commercial clients.
- Provides internal assistance to 2-4 Commercial Lines Account Managers.
- Processes client policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and restatements.
- Review commercial lines insurance policies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintains accurate information in agency management systems.
- Requests information from insurance carriers such as loss runs and endorsement changes.
- Processes renewal certificates and insurance holder updates.
- Assists in preparation of summary of insurance documents and finance agreements, as needed.
- Assists Account Manager in preparing documents for client renewals.
- Assists in invoicing clients, including complex client invoicing.
- Assists Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting client retention goals.
