Responsibilities:
As a high-growth, boutique consulting firm, Pathstone offers a unique opportunity for associates to play a significant role in supporting client engagements and practice development initiatives. Below is a list of representative responsibilities for each area:
Client Engagements:
- Support execution of key engagement workstreams and initiatives with minimal supervision
- Lead analysis of complex data sets to generate insights and identify opportunities
- Support development of persuasive business cases and presentations to clients
- Support identification of strategies and recommendations to improve client’s performance
- Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders to ensure successful completion of workstreams
- Engage with client stakeholders ranging from front-line staff to health system executives
Firm Development:
- Support market research of current and prospective clients
- Support branding and marketing efforts to increase firm brand equity
- Support development of intellectual property and knowledge repository
- Support initiatives to improve internal process, client delivery, and methodology
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding initiatives
- Organize and / or participate in team building activities and events
- Create and develop your own initiatives to improve Pathstone culture!

Position Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

- Willing and able to travel 15 – 80% (variable, based on client need)
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Chicago, IL

- School Year: Senior
- Work Authorization: US Work Authorization is required, but the employer is willing to sponsor candidates
