N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group, is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth. N+C Glass are highly reputable glass window manufacturers and have been operating for nearly 150 years.
Our Fareham warehouse has vacancies on our day shift 7am-15.30pm Monday to Friday. Competitive salary. Excellent progression opportunities in various aspects of the branch. Supported training programme. Company pension scheme. 31 days annual leave, raised to 33 with time served (8 days bank holiday inclusive).
As a Production Operative you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Understanding and completing paperwork.
- Operating glass processing machinery and equipment.
- Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor.
- Housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
- Manual handling of glass.
- The quality of glass and work produced.
- Working on either an automated unit production line or a toughened glass production line.
