We are looking to appoint a Retail/Trade Sales Assistant to be based in our Harlow store. You will engage with customers and team members to provide exceptional customer experiences and service through your enthusiasm and knowledge. You will be responsible for driving sales performance through our training to provide a high standard of customer service by appreciating our customer's needs and giving advice for customer's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exclusive Customer Service through knowledge and inspiring customers
  • Building relationships with both trade and DIY customers
  • Generating new trade leads through telesales
  • Working as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance
