Role responsibilities – Retail Sales Assistant:
- Providing exceptional customer service and experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through your enthusiasm, excellent sales service and product knowledge
- Confidently engaging with customers and team members
- Working as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance
- Resolving customer queries following the company procedures in a professional manner
- Generating new trade leads
- Manual lifting when required
- You must be able to work as part of a team and be flexible to cover store open hours, weekends, and bank holidays
Requirements for Retail Sales Assistant:
- Previous experience in a similar trade/retail role
- Experience in providing customer service to the general public is essential
- Friendly, helpful and confident with an engaging personality
