N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group, is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth.

N+C Glass are highly reputable glass window manufacturers and have been operating for nearly 150 years. Our Fareham warehouse has vacancies on our night shift from 10.30pm to 7am, Sunday night to Friday morning.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Understanding and completing paperwork.
  • Operating glass processing machinery and equipment.
  • Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor.
  • Housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
  • Manual handling of glass.
  • The quality of glass and work produced.
  • Working on either an automated unit production line, a toughened glass production line, loading of goods in and out, or assembling internal frames.
