Our N&C Tiles and Bathroom outlets are dedicated to providing our customers with the most exciting product ranges and best value packages in the industry.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager with previous tile/bathroom experience to continue the growth of our well-established retail store in a great location. We have a fantastic team who you would be expected to inspire and motivate, leading by example and developing their skills in sales and customer service to maximise all sales opportunities.

This role entails dealing with the trade and public, managing a team of 3, ordering, organising and controlling stocks, displays, and making trade calls. Some manual lifting will be involved. This role will require some flexibility from you to cover store open hours and weekends, and bank holidays.

Person Specification – Retail Store Assistant Manager:

  • You will ideally have previous experience in a similar Retail role/environment
  • Confident and experienced in managing a team successfully
  • Able to encourage team productivity and excellent customer service
  • You should be comfortable and confident in dealing with a variety of customer situations in a professional manner
  • Able to demonstrate energy, drive, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to ensure a complete customer experience following company procedures and policies
  • You will need to have a smart appearance as this is a customer-facing role
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
