We are Northern Ireland's largest oil distributor and are building a network of ultra-convenient unmanned fuel stations across the province. Our sites offer customers a quicker, more seamless experience, allowing them to simply fill up and go 24/7, 365 days a year. We are hiring reliable and proactive General Assistants to join our team at Enniskillen on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, site support & operational duties to ensure our forecourt runs smoothly, safely & efficiently.
Duration: Temporary contract - 4 weeks (with possible extension)
Start Date: Monday 23rd February 2026
Interview Date: Monday 16th February 2026
Hours of work: 7am - 7pm; Morning & Evening shifts available Monday to Sunday; rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Site Presence: Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, assisting with pumps, payment terminals, air/water units, and car wash facilities. Provide polite guidance to maintain traffic flow and handle queries professionally.
- Forecourt Safety & Security: Monitor the forecourt to ensure a safe environment, identify hazards & follow emergency procedures.
- Cleaning & Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site, including pumps, customer areas & surrounding areas.
- Equipment & Facility Checks: Carry out routine inspections of pumps, payment systems, lighting, and other equipment; report faults and support visiting contractors.
- Stock & Supplies: Monitor and replenish consumables as needed.
- Incident Reporting & Administration: Record accidents, damage, near misses, and technical issues; complete site checklists and basic reports.
- Compliance & Professional Standards: Adhere to company policies, health & safety procedures, environmental standards, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with the public
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain processes clearly and calmly
- Comfortable working independently and following safety procedures
- Previous customer-facing or fuel station experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Availability for the full 4 week period.
- Availability to attend interview on Monday 16th February.
Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour.
