Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee queries received into the HR inbox, liaising with the HR Manager when required.
- Collate, update and file employee records appropriately.
- Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and acting as a contact person for applicants to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Onboard new starters, including the communication of compliance requirements such as Right to Work checks.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and probation review letters.
- Maintain and update employment records and attendance information on our HRIS system.
- Generate, interpret, distribute and present various HR data reports to line managers.
- Act as company note‑taker during employee relations meetings, such as investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, etc.
- Calculate annual leave entitlement of holiday leave and add approved leave to the company HR system.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of degree level in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD.
- Minimum of one year of administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with an HRIS system.
- Experience with note‑taking in complex situations.
