The Nicholl Fuel Oils Group is the largest Independent Oil distributor in Northern Ireland with multiple offices and depots and retail sites throughout. We are currently looking for a Full Time Domestic Sales (Telesales) Executive to join our busy sales team in either our Head Office Belfast location (Airport Road, Belfast).

Our full-time roles are based on a 40-hour week (30 minutes unpaid lunch) with operating hours between 8.00am - 6.00pm (Mon-Fri) and Saturday overtime when contractually required on a rota basis. Due to seasonal demands, hours of work may vary.

What you will be doing:

  • Telephone communication with both potential and existing customers
  • Processing orders, recording and updating records and relevant data
  • Market Intelligence - gathering general sales information, while assessing market trends
  • Customer care in accordance with the company's policy
  • Liaising with the Team Manager to ensure maintenance of our Pricing Policy and Credit Control
  • Assisting in any general marketing of the company's services including any organizational promotional activity
  • General Administration Duties
