We are working with the Melbourne office of a leading international law firm who are looking to hire a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its highly regarded finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and high-value financing transactions for major banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers.
The role will involve advising on matters including:
- Corporate and acquisition finance
- Project and infrastructure finance
- Syndicated lending and refinancing
- Cross-border finance transactions
This is a collaborative and high-performing team with strong deal flow and excellent partner mentorship, offering the opportunity to develop your career within a globally recognised finance practice.
